We are very lucky with our weather here in South Africa. Its pretty much winter in May, but the day temperature is still above 20'C. The evenings and early mornings are becoming nippy though. I chose a weird season to become passionate about gardening, I hope my garden delivers some winter floral inspiration.
This blog is just my walk through life, the things I love and appreciate around me. I usually carry my analogue cameras around with me, so there will be some film photos in the mix. I love fashion and specifically street style, hope to share some trends with you. I love nature, beauty in small things and nostalgic moments... join me on my journey through live.

Travels from the mountains, to far away cities and into the vineyards of Paarl
A little bit later than I planned to share, but here are
some of the beautiful destinations that I visited last year. I accompanied my
husband to the Valley of a thousand hills in Kwazulu Natal South Africa; this
is a rural area where people live in simplicity and close to nature. Next we
were off to Budapest and Szeged Hungary for the Kayak Sprint World Cups. Here I
tasted a few exotic foods and quite a few wines at the Szeged wine festival. In
December 2014 we went to Buffels bay, a small beach town hidden off the main
road to Knysna South Africa. Our road trip ended in Paarl; where we enjoyed
wine, chocolate, beer and coffee tasting at the Spice Route, which I definitely
recommend if you are lucky enough to visit Western Cape.
